We had our wedding at The Venue on Friday 8th August and it couldn’t have been a better day. All of the staff were fantastic, but Hannah, in particular, was just incredible. We genuinely didn’t want for anything, and anything we needed was provided immediately. Both of our families commented on her organisation and control of the day and we cannot thank her enough. As two nervous brides we were made to feel calm and really, really special as soon as we arrived (from the moment we came to look around, to be honest!). We’ve had nothing but compliments on choosing such an amazing venue as well as how dreamy the food was. And it really was. Thank you so much to The Venue for making our dreams come true xxx”

We couldn’t recommend Rebecca and the team at the Venue enough! As soon as we viewed the venue, we knew it was going to be the place for us. We were made to feel so welcome, and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more during the planning process and on the big day itself. We had the most wonderful day, and we think that is a testament to Rebecca and the team for keeping it running so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to just fully enjoy the day. The venue itself is so versatile; we were able to use the full room for a ceilidh, but then close it off to have a smaller dance floor for the DJ. We mixed up our table shapes to accommodate our table plan, and we have had lots of compliments on the food too! We would highly recommend booking The Venue, you’ll have the best day!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Rebecca and the entire team went above and beyond, leaving no detail overlooked. Their professionalism and expertise were evident at every stage, making the planning process smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely fun. Whenever we weren’t sure about certain aspects, Rebecca and the team patiently answered every question and offered creative suggestions that helped us personalise our celebration. It truly felt like they were as invested in our day as we were. The food was unreal, the quality and variety was incredible. We received so many compliments from our guests. Every element, from the venue to the menu, exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Our wedding everything we hoped for and more.

Lydia and I just wanted to reach out with a massive thank you to Lydia and the rest of the team we’ve been dealing with since day 1 of booking the venue right up to and after the wedding celebration. The whole experience has been made so easy & efficient by you all throughout. There were quite a few moving parts on Saturday but it seemed to all go off without a hitch. Everyone who came into contact with Lydia on the day/day before said how good you were, and Chloe continued with that later on Saturday evening. The venue, the food & drinks, the staff all contributed so much to a hell of a party.  We’d said from the day we got engaged that we didn’t want a traditional wedding, we just wanted a big party and for everyone to leave saying that was the best wedding ever. Job done, the amount of times we’ve heard that since Saturday is amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you all.

Thank you, honestly, from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the best day of our lives! From the moment we met Lydia at the open day we knew nowhere else would compare to The Venue; the space was beautiful, practical and the team were instantly so attentive. The whole process was seamless, professional and having Lydia as our coordinator was the cherry on top. She was a joy to talk to, quick and thorough when responding to our queries, calming, and so much fun to chat with at the meetings, at times it felt like old friends. From catering to our fussy vegan requirements, conspiring with my dad to arrange the best surprise singers and ensuring things ran smoothly on the day – it was faultless. Every strange question or idea we came up with, Lydia met with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, even roping the team in to help serve ice-cream during our ceremony! You are all legends for getting involved in that. Every detail, every interaction, and touch of care from Lydia and the team made our wedding unforgettable, not only for us but for all who attended. We want to shout out chef James who cooked up a feast of vegan food – which received rave reviews even from our non-vegan guests. From amending recipes to adding extra dishes and ensuring value for money, it was a knockout! DJ Nick was 10/10, he took onboard everything from our request list and played the perfect music to fit the evening. He went above and beyond! You’ve done this hundreds of times, and yet you still managed to make our day feel like the most important one in the world and for that we are so grateful.  Your service goes way beyond the basics, setting a standard that is exceptional and truly deserving of awards!

Wow, where do I even begin. I came to visit The Venue during an open evening 6 months before my wedding. We were greeted by the friendly staff and were looked after and had all our questions answered right from the word go. I cannot thank Lucy enough for being our wonderful coordinator. Nothing was an issue for her. She was caring, reassuring and a massive support not only to us as a couple, but to the rest of our family too. My now husband and I had a beautiful night at the Venue tasting the food options for our big day. I could cry thinking about how well it went. The food, the service, the staff, the grounds, the Venue itself, the DJ…everything was perfect.

Everything ran like clockwork, every member of staff was friendly and professional and the food was incredible. We’ve had chance to catch up properly with friends and family this weekend who were guests on the day and they have all echoed what we’ve said above, they all thoroughly enjoyed the day with quite a few saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and that’s all down to you.

We can’t thank you enough. The attention to detail and professionalism from everyone we dealt with in the lead up to the wedding was second to none. A big thank you to you, Rebecca, for all your help before and during the wedding day, we are so grateful to you.

From day one of planning our wedding, organiser Rebecca made it such a pleasurable experience. She helped us feel so at ease and I can honestly say by the time our wedding day came around we felt that our special days events were truly being looked after. Our reception was amazing. From the beautiful food we received to the fantastic waiting staff who delivered everything timely and professionally. We moved seamlessly onto our evening party. There’s a great selection of drinks particularly if you are partial to a good real ale like me. Again, everything ran like clockwork and our night guests couldn’t compliment The Venue enough. The grounds also provide a beautiful back drop for some amazing photos. From the waterfalls to the romantically lit pagoda.
Sometimes its the personal touches that make a special occasion just that extra special. We were certainly provided with those. I would like to give a special mention to Adam, Nicola, Rebecca, and Lucy and not forgetting Nick the DJ for making our dreams come true.

We had our wedding at The Venue in early April this year. It was the first venue we viewed and we immediately fell in love with the rustic/industrial aesthetic. From the beginning we felt relaxed in the knowledge that the amazing team had everything at hand. We went with the Bower’s package and I think those extra meetings were needed. The communication with the team has always been excellent and they’re always on hand when you have questions via email or phone call.

On the big day we had Chloe as our organiser and she was brilliant! We found out later that this was her first wedding but you wouldn’t be able to tell. She was on hand for any questions and assistance (I was very grateful for the help she gave to my grandparents using the lift so I didn’t have to stress) and would check in throughout the day to confirm details and timings. The whole team were excellent and so friendly. The attention to detail was incredible as at one point I’d gone to the bathroom and when I returned my pudding was waiting for me but I was offered another portion if I found it was cold – something I didn’t expect at all. I couldn’t recommend The Venue more as our wedding was a stress-free breeze, we felt relaxed throughout and enjoyed our day thoroughly! Thank you to all the team (especially Chloe) for all your hard work, you made our Wedding Day unforgettable.

Such an amazing team. Lucy was amazing, and the whole team on the day just superb! Bless Lucy, she stayed after her finishing time just to see our first dance. We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after us, have some fun with us and seeing them enjoy themselves too. Honestly the most amazing day of our lives thanks to the hard work and staff at the venue. Ross and I cannot say enough about these guys. Thank you!

We had our wedding here in September and it was perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is so beautiful and the different spaces work seamlessly together. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had and it really was! The DJ is also excellent – so much so our friends wanted to hire him for their wedding. In the run up to the day the team were on hand for any questions, on top of all the little details and were just so lovely to work with! Could not recommend it more!
